Microlife Corporation Announces the Continuation of Distribution of former HealtheTech, Inc. products

Widnau, Switzerland � January, 2007: Microlife Corporation, one of the world leaders in the development and manufacturing of medical diagnostic equipment including blood pressure monitors, thermometers, peak flow device, and other diagnostic products for home and institutional use, acquired HealtheTech, Inc. in late 2006.

HealtheTech, Inc. was a provider of technologically advanced diagnostic devices and software that measure and monitor health parameters important in the successful management of weight, nutrition, and fitness. Microlife will now expand their medical product line products and services formerly available from HealtheTech including BodyGem, MedGem and BalanceLog under the Microlife brand.

BodyGem and MedGem are the only products of their kind that accurately measures daily caloric needs to ensure a weight management program is properly tailored to meet individual daily caloric needs.
